The GSPA's postdoctoral affairs resources Confluence site (Postdoc resources site) is a resource created by Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs (GSPA) for all staff and faculty to support the hiring, onboarding, and administration of postdoctoral appointments.

Access to this site is provided to staff and faculty upon request and requires users to sign in.
Those with site access must sign in with their UWaterloo credentials before accessing the site content. Please sign in using the button in the top right corner to be redirected once you are logged in. Once you have access and are logged in, please use the “enter the site” button below to access the site content.
To request site access, please fill out the request form. GSPA staff will review your request and grant access, as appropriate, within two business days. If you have an urgent need to get access to the site, please email postdocs@uwaterloo.ca.

If you have requested and been granted access but are still unable to access the Confluence site using the “Enter GSPA’s postdoctoral affairs resources Confluence site” link above, please first double check that you are logged into Confluence with your WatIAM credentials:

Please select this button and login using your WatIAM credentials.
Once logged in, please try to access the site again, using the “enter” button above.
If you see a circle with your initials (e.g. ) in the top right corner you are logged in.
Please ensure you are logged in with the account you requested access through (e.g. personal vs generic account).
If you have confirmed you are logged in with the correct account and still unable to access the space, please email postdocs@uwaterloo.ca for further support.
