Fees (as of May 01, 2025)

1. The fee is CAD$10.50 per 1TB per month

2. Fees are non-refundable

3. The fee is prorated per month to the first of the month if service is not started on May 1st

4. Fees will be reviewed each May and are based on the cost to IST and the exchange rate to USD.

Term

1. Space is leased on a monthly basis

2. Service is post paid monthly

3. Service period is from the 24th of the current month to the 23rd of the next month

4. If you use more than your allocated amount you will be charged for the over usage based on our rate above.

Modifications

1. Changes can be made and will occur monthly

Conditions

1. IST reserves the right to refuse requests

2. IST will configure SSO to work with our ADFS

3. Users will have an admin interface and access to their storage in which buckets, replication, and access control can also be administered

   1. snapshots, replication, any redundancy or additional copies all increase your storage usage
