About this service
The Project Management Office (PMO) provides a variety of project management training activities and resources:
Development and implementation of appropriate training plans to enhance project and program management knowledge
Project management webinars and presentations based on demands and needs
Development and delivery of Skills for the Electronic Workplace project management courses
Assistance with coordination of training for Project/Program Managers outside of PMO
Identification of internal and external recommended training providers and courses
Assistance towards professional certifications and maintenance of certifications
Coordination of knowledge sharing opportunities between projects, and project/program managers such as lessons learned, memberships, lunch 'n learns, et cetera
Launch and coordination of the Project and Portfolio Management Community of Practice for staff, faculty, and students
