Sharing a survey in Qualtrics
Follow these instructions when you want to share a survey with another Qualtrics user.
Having trouble accessing a survey that has been shared with you?
It's possible that the survey wasn't shared correctly. Sometimes when people share a survey, they use the email account instead of adding from the address book in Qualtrics. If not added with the address book, then Qualtrics doesn't know that they're shared from within the same organization and it sends you out to the main Qualtrics site, instead of the UWaterloo Qualtrics site to log in.
Step by Step instructions to share a survey
When logged into your Qualtrics account, click on the survey that you want to share from your Projects tab
Under the Survey tab, select the Tools dropbox and choose Collaborate
Click on User and Group Address book
Search for the user in the Search box
Select the user.
After you select the user, you can adjust the permissions.
Click Save
The user will receive an email invitation to collaborate on the survey.
