Step-by-Step

 

  1. Enable “Open PDFs in Acrobat” in Adobe Acrobat preferences. 

  • From the Extensions menu (puzzle icon), select the Options menu (. . .) for Adobe Acrobat, and then select Extension Options

  • In Adobe Acrobat Preferences window, enable Open PDFs in Acrobat  

  • Save preferences 

 

  1. Go to your PDF file location, right-click > Open with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome  

 

  1. On the upper right corner, click on Sign in 

 

 

  • Approve it with your Duo 2Fa device 

  • Now, you should be able to edit PDFs in your browser 

 

If you don’t see the Sign In button in your browser: 

  • From the Extensions menu (puzzle icon), select ‘Manage extensions’ 

  • Select ‘Details’ for the Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign extension 

  • Turn on ‘Allow access to file URLs’ 

  • Refresh or reopen the PDF file
