Sign into Adobe Acrobat PDF browser extension

Step-by-Step
Enable “Open PDFs in Acrobat” in Adobe Acrobat preferences.
From the Extensions menu (puzzle icon), select the Options menu (. . .) for Adobe Acrobat, and then select Extension Options.
In Adobe Acrobat Preferences window, enable Open PDFs in Acrobat
Save preferences
Go to your PDF file location, right-click > Open with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome
On the upper right corner, click on Sign in
Use your Adobe employee ID ( username@uwaterloo.ca and WatIAM password)
Approve it with your Duo 2Fa device
Now, you should be able to edit PDFs in your browser
If you don’t see the Sign In button in your browser:
From the Extensions menu (puzzle icon), select ‘Manage extensions’
Select ‘Details’ for the Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign extension
Turn on ‘Allow access to file URLs’
Refresh or reopen the PDF file
