A security group that grants “Send-as” and full access permissions to all folders of the shared mailbox (Your department IT support can help to have you added to a security group.)
Your account must be a member of the mailbox security group as your account requires permission to the shared mailbox for authentication using your own credentials.
Permissions on Windows Nexus computers become effective the next time you log onto the machine after the mailbox permission change has been made. You may need to sign out from your Nexus account on the machine and then sign back in again before you will be able to add the account and access the mailbox.

Instructions for BlackBerry Hub app

In the BlackBerry Hub+ Inbox, tap the settings icon. Then tap + beside Accounts.
Enter the 8-character username of the shared account @uwaterloo.ca (i.e. sharedna@uwaterloo.ca)
Tap Add an email account
Tap Manual setup
Tap Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
Enter http://outlook.office365.com in Server field
Tap X beside the password field
Tap + beside the Add authentication
Tap Sign in with Microsoft button
From the “enter your password” screen, tap the back button to go back a screen and add your own 8-character username @ uwaterloo.ca as the ‘owning’ account (i.e. myuserna@uwaterloo.ca).
Enter your password for the owning account
Complete the two-factor authentication
On the Account Setup Screen tap Next
Tap OK (for Remote security administration)
Choose the options you want for remote security admin and then Tap Next
OK
Update the Display Name
Tap Activate
