The email associated with your Zoom account must be email@example.com in order to be added to the campus-wide Zoom license. External email addresses and UW friendly email addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org) must be updated to email@example.com in order to log in to https://uwaterloo.zoom.us.
Log in to your Zoom account.
Scroll down to the Sign In section of your Profile.
Enter your firstname.lastname@example.org email address and Zoom account password.
Click Save Changes. Your Sign-In Email should now be email@example.com.
