Updating your Zoom account email to username@uwaterloo.ca

The email associated with your Zoom account must be username@uwaterloo.ca in order to be added to the campus-wide Zoom license. External email addresses and UW friendly email addresses (firstname.lastname@uwaterloo.ca) must be updated to username@uwaterloo.ca in order to log in to https://uwaterloo.zoom.us.

 

  1. Log in to your Zoom account.

  2. Scroll down to the Sign In section of your Profile.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Enter your username@uwaterloo.ca email address and Zoom account password.

  5. Click Save Changes. Your Sign-In Email should now be username@uwaterloo.ca.
