Personal - non-work related files
Your own personal cloud-based storage - whether a personal Microsoft OneDrive (UW employee discount), iCloud, Google Drive or other
USB drives can be used but cloud-based services are recommended
Personal - work related files that nobody else needs to access (even in your absence).

Examples of this type of file are quick notes or initial document drafts, HR-related documents such as performance reviews, or files that are useful for a very limited time.

Research drive space (ahsfile)
