Steve Weber: The tool is powerful! However, the training necessary to learn the basics is steep. If you only have an hour or two per day to do training it might take two months. Because I neared a project deadline I had to abandon Decisions and (grab Django). Personally I think Decisions is neat but too tricky for none developers. Being a programmer I just want to code. That said, low code/no code solutions like Microsoft Forms feel like a good direction to empower less techinal staff.
