Medeo Email Notifications

If you or your patient is not receiving Medeo email notifications, please ensure they have not been accidentally turned off.

METHOD 1 (PATIENTS AND STAFF): 

  1.  Open a previously received Medeo email (you can find these by typing in “medeohealth” in your mail search field).

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click Manage Email Preferences.

  3. Scroll through your preferences to locate Medeo Notifications – make sure it is set to NO for opt-out.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Save Preferences.

METHOD 2 (FOR PATIENTS ONLY): 

  1. Sign into Patient Medeo dashboard.

  2. Click the My Account button in the lower left corner.

  3. Select Notifications.

  4. Adjust Device settings and push notifications:
