Run Dell Command Updates

When running these, please leave your laptop plugged in, on and open until you have finished the last step in this set of instructions.

  1. Click the Start button.

  2. Type Dell Command Update and click the link to that app to open it.

  3. Click the CHECK button.

  4. It will run through and detect any updates your laptop is missing. Once finished detecting them, it will load a list all of these updates.

  5. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and check Automatically restart system (when required).

  6. Click the Install button.

  7. Updates will begin to download and install and should take a few minutes. When finished, you will be prompted to restart your laptop.

Please remember to restart your laptop after it notifies you that it is DONE installing.
