Fix for Accuro not opening in Windows 11

Before you begin:

  • Ensure your computer is connected to the Internet.

  • Close Accuro completely.

  1. Open Software Center.

    1. Click the Start button (Windows icon) in the taskbar.

    2. Type Software Center in the search bar, and click on it to open.

  2. Update AS - AccuroEMR (Windows 11).

    1. In Software Center, ensure you are in the Applications tab. Scroll or search for AS - AccuroEMR (Windows 11) and click to open its details page.

    2. Click the Install button, and wait for it to install. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to complete.

  3. Confirm Completion.

    1. Ensure its status changed to installed. Accuro should able to launch normally now.
