Outlook Contact Groups
This article will instruct how to create and manage a Contact Group in Outlook classic
Instructions
On the navigation bar, select “People”
Select Home → New Contact Group
In the Contact Group box, create a name for your Contact Group
To add Members to your contact group, select Add Members.
Next select “Add from Address Book” (this will access the Global Address List for Waterloo). If the contact you are trying to add is outside our organization, you will need to select “New E-mail Contact” and manually type in their email address.
Once you have added new members to your contact group, choose Save & Close.
Finally, to send an email to this group you simply need to type in the name of the Contact Group in the “To” line when drafting an email (like you would do with a Distribution List).
