Connect to a Meeting Room on a Mac

Looking to connect to the meeting room screen cast device on your Mac, but aren’t sure how to do so? Read on!

Instructions

  1. Go to https://www.crestron.com/Products/Featured-Solutions/Airmedia and download and run the OSX Deployable Application at the bottom of the page 

  2. Proceed through the installer for Crestron Air Media that opens up and select OK for all the permission prompts.

  3. Once the install completes you will have the Air Media program installed that you can open up. Click Agree to the privacy statement and select your choice regarding delegation options.

  4. Connect to the screen casting device by entering the IP address displayed on the screen in the search bar at the top.
