Check-in (Return Assets)

1. Find the booking from the calendar or from the reservations table, then select the booking.

2. Ensure that all “checked out” assets are returned.

3. In the Edit Reservation page, enter the check-in location or select from the autocomplete listing.

 

4. Click the “✓ Check-In” button.

5. The status of the asset(s) will then be set to “Spare”, and the user and department information will be removed.
