Booking Assets

In CALMS, the booking system enables users to create and manage reservations made for ACO assets.

The following are the key features the CALMS Booking System provides:

reservation and booking management
a calendar displaying information on asset/item availability and colour-coded by pickup locations
real-time booking for staff, faculty, and students
email notifications for booking confirmation and cancellation, and reminder for returning booked items
