Adding a New User

  1. Click the Users dropdown menu from the top of the page and select the Add New option (Users > Add New). This will direct you to the “Create New User” form.

  2. In the form, enter the credentials (User ID, First Name, Last Name, Email, etc.) of the user you want to add in the system.

In the “Search Directory” field, you can make use of the autocomplete function which automatically populates user information into the form fields. Simply enter the WatIAM UserID or Surname Firstname of the user and select the user from the dropdown that appears.

3. Click the “Add User” button to save the credentials of the new user to the system.

4. To verify the user was added:

i. Go to Users > Directory to view the CALMS user directory.

ii. Search the newly-added user and their information will be shown in the table.
