On the new plan we currently offer Roam-Like-Home (RLH).
RLH covers voice, data and SMS/MMS (to Canadian numbers) for $12/day for U.S.A. and $20/day for most international destinations.
RLH is seamless, there is nothing for the end user to accept or do, to have it activated or added on.
RLH day is 11:59 PM ET, no matter the location.
The data and local airtime minutes would be billed the same as if the user was in Canada. With RLH, while in US or another country any phone calls are billed as if you were in Canada. Making a call while in US, to a 519/226 local area code is free. Calling Toronto while in US will bill at $0.01/min (Canada LD rate) and calling a local US number, like the hotel, will be bill as if you were calling long distance to US from Canada.

Travel on a cruise/travelling on water
Please note when travelling over water, travel packs will not be instated due to changing geographic positioning. Travel packs are only available on land within the chosen country. Raw voice and data costs will be applied when using a device on any marine vessel. This can be extremely expensive. In the event of an emergency, Wi-Fi data is the cost-effective option (if applicable).
Customers can get their emails and Internet free when they are travelling internationally if they tap into a Wi-Fi hotspot location (they may be charged a small amount for this). They must setup their Wi-Fi on the device to the local Wi-Fi hotspot first.
