Submit a request using the Jira Service Management Portal with the following information:

Purchasing conference equipment

Some areas on campus may prefer to purchase their own conference unit for meetings. If you decide to do this, please check with Telecommunications Services to ensure this unit is compatible with our phone system. We highly recommend the Avaya IP 2033 conference phone (PDF).
