IST has given everyone initial access to their Rogers invoice online. Everyone should have been contacted by Rogers with instructions on how to gain access to their online invoice.

• Go to Roger's Business Online Billing & Reporting.

• The "User ID" is typically the same as your 8-character username (e.g. j25rober) or if not, first initial then surname (no spaces).

• The "Password" is either the password Rogers sent you by email or one you have chosen yourself.

New customers will automatically be given access to their online invoices and receive an email from Rogers with instructions.
