As of May 1, 2022, Adobe Connect is no longer supported by IST. Zoom is a comparable platform and is the recommended alternative. Access to Adobe Connect will remain until August 1, 2022 to download any content. See How to Download Adobe Connect Recordings.

Effective March 1, 2022, new requests for WebEx will be redirected to Zoom or Teams, unless there is a requirement that only WebEx will meet. WebEx usage and support may be reviewed again before the current licence agreement expires in December 2022.
