On this deadline the migration script will be run for you and you may be logged off after it runs. It is recommended you run the scripts before this deadline so that your work is not interrupted.

Files on the N: drive should all be closed while you run the copy script.
You can continue to work with other files/applications (e.g. Email, Web brower, MS Teams) during the copy.
When running the second, migration script, it is a good idea to close all application as this step is quick and will log you off after it runs.
You only need to run the copy script on one computer.
The migration script should be run on all IST Managed Windows computers that you use.
Both people should run both the copy and migration script on the machine (one at a time).
Note that the second person to run the migration script, will not be automatically logged off after it is run.
OneNote notebooks will need to be manually closed before you run the copy script.
You will then want to manually re-open the notebooks you use, from OneDrive after you copy/migrate.
If you have N: drive files and will need to save files on OneDrive, consult your IST account rep to ensure you have an A1 or A3 Office 365 license and are set up to use OneDrive.
Your IST account rep can provide access to a VDI you can use to copy your files.
Consult your IST account Rep or Academic Support Computer Rep for assistance in configuring the settings in the application, to point to OneDrive (instead of N:).
