Siteimprove offers several different ways to learn about website issues that impact the accessibility and content quality of your website.

Below is a selection of learning methods, courses, and resources to help get you started learning about the Siteimprove platform. Let's get started!

Please note, any interactive tutorials will first require logging into Siteimprove and selecting a site on which to run the tutorial.

Siteimprove learning methods

  • Siteimprove Frontier: This resource is a great ally for creating an inclusive and optimized experience for every site visitor with eLearning programs, interactive course content, and actionable outcomes to put your best digital foot forward.

  • In-App Tutorials: self-paced, personalized tours that walk you through our features right in the platform. If you like to learn as you go, these should be right up your alley.

  • Help Center Articles: these text-based guides will explain our features in more depth, with supporting examples where needed. Use these if you prefer to do a little reading before taking action!

  • Video: if you're a visual learner, look no further than our feature-specific videos. Watch these at your own pace and take action on the platform as you go.

  • More Ways to Learn: each of our "Getting Started" guides includes a "More Ways to Learn" section, which links to helpful webinars and courses for additional learning opportunities.

Please note that some training material and resources may be restricted or directed to certain Siteimprove roles or relate to functionality not enabled in the University of Waterloo Siteimprove instance.
