Introduction
Applies to rooms: PHR 1004, PHR 1008, PHR 1012
The technology in this room supports local and overflow projection with the following equipment:
Crestron audio visual control touch panel
PC, keyboard, mouse, and monitor
Laptop adaptor cable for HDMI input
USB cable for camera access
Video projector and projector screen(s)
Document camera
Classroom sound system

Starting a local projection
To get started, tap the surface of the screen to awaken the system. Depending on the location of your classroom, your Crestron screen interface may appear slightly different.
Video Configuration
Select the Dual Image option or This Room Only if you are projecting in PHR 1012. Follow the steps numbered below to set up your local presentation.
PC
Select the PC tab on the bottom panel of the Crestron projector's screen
Tap the red X under each [screen] and Classroom Sound.
Tap the send button. Your PC's screen should be visible on each projector and the preview monitor.
To stop streaming to any [screen], tap the green checkmark underneath the [screen] and tap the send button again to update your change.
Laptop
Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. The HDMI cable transmits video and audio.
Connect the USB cable to your laptop. The USB cable allows you to use the classroom cameras instead of your laptop camera.
Press the button above the 'LT' label on the [refer to name in annotated image] to activate this feature.
Select the 'Laptop' tab on the bottom panel of the Crestron projector's screen
Tap the red X under each [output] and 'Classroom Sound'.
Tap the send button. Your laptop's screen should be visible on each projector and the preview monitor.
To stop streaming to any [output], tap the green checkmark underneath the [output] and tap the send button again to update your change.

DocCam
The DocCam can be used to stream the written notes onto either projector or the classroom preview monitor.
Open the DocCam window on the Crestron panel by selecting the 'DocCam' tab
Tap the red X under each [output]...(double check if this is true for the DocCam window)
Tap the send button.
Your DocCam notes should appear on the the selected screens.
To stop streaming to any [output], tap the green checkmark underneath the [output] and tap the send button again to update your change.
Audio Configuration
Locate and tap the MIC tab on the Crestron panel. This will open a new window with audio sliders. There are 3 microphone options to choose from.
Selecting a sound source
After you have selected a microphone, locate the power switch and power it on. To activate the podium mic, tap the red 'muted' button on the Crestron interface. It should read 'mute' if this action was performed correctly.
Adjusting audio levels
Open the audio window by selecting the 'Audio' tab on the bottom panel.
Use the slider to increase or decrease the level of the microphone you have selected.
For ideal performance, have the mic positioned about 15-20cm from your mouth while projecting your voice.
