- Click Start
- Type in and click Control Panel
- In the control panels search bar, type in Mail
- Double-click Mail (32-bit) or Mail (Microsoft Outlook 16)
- Click Show Profiles…
- Remove the current profile - it is beneath "the following profiles are set up on this computer" and is usually named Outlook
- Click Add...
- Name the new profile Outlook2
- Click OK
- Ensure Always use this profile is selected and Outlook2 is the one visible in the drop down
