Download and install the application for the Apple App Store https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/regroup-mobile/id1500420770
Open the application, enter your email and network, click Next
Click “Login Using SSO” and follow the on-screen prompts to complete 2-Factor Authentication
Note: If a user see’s their email isn’t found, their data has not yet been uploaded from Quest, usually every Friday.
