2. Confirm that the Owl Source switch box (located on top of the podium) has the Podium Computer option lit. If not, press the Podium Computer light/button until it is lit:

Confirm that the Meeting Owl is the selected device for both audio and video in the meeting software, if having problems you may need to reboot the Owl by unplugging the power brick that is under the table, wait 15 seconds and plug back in, or rebooting the podium machine if audio issues. If after such there are still problems you can contact Health Computing (BMH first floor hallway to SunLife auditorium).

2. Confirm that the Owl Source switch box (located on top of the podium) has the Laptop Computer option lit. If not, press the Laptop Computer light/button until it is lit:

3. Connect the USB cable from Owl Source box (the one in line with the Laptop Computer option you’ve selected) to your laptop (you . You will need to use an adapter if your laptop has only USB-C).

4. Confirm that the Meeting Owl is the selected device for both audio and video in the meeting software, if having problems you may need to reboot the Owl by unplugging the power brick that is under the table, wait 15 seconds and plug back in. It will take a while to start up and then it will ‘hoot’.

5. When done your meeting, please press the Podium Computer button on the Owl Source switch so that it is available for the next person using the room
