Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) Clubs
Feds WUSA Clubs wishing to book presentation technology will need to fill out an A/V Authorization Form at from the Federation of Students offices (SLC-2139 Clubs Office or SLC-1102 Main office) WUSA offices and submit it in person, to ITMS Equipment Stores (MC-1003) at least two full business days in advance of the date when the equipment is to be picked up. Advanced notice is mandatory.
