There are 2 signatures that need to be set up in Accuro, one in Accuro—one is for Generated Letters and the other one is for everything else. 

Generated Letters

Note

Your signature for generated letters must be sent to QHR for them to add to your profile

  1. Write your signature on a blank piece of white printer paper in black pen or Sharpie.

  2. Take a very clear photo.

  3. Send Email it to Violet in an email and she will send it to QHR.

Everything Else

Every other place requiring a signature (e.g., forms, prescriptions, lab requisitions) is set up by

  1. Press F2 on your keyboard to open Provider Management.

  2. Find and select yourself from the list of providers.

  3. Click the Set Signature button.

  4. In the window that opens, simply use your mouse to write your signature in the white area. You can double-click the white box to expand it and click the red X button to clear and re-write if you don’t like how it turns out.

  5. Once you're happy with your signature, be sure to check off both boxes below your signature, we signature—we want the signature to be auto-inserted for prescriptions and forms/documents.

  6. Click OK to complete your signature setup.
