Go to the UC application login page: https://ts-officelinx3.private.uwaterloo.ca/uc/webclient/webclient.asp.
User name is your extension number and the password is your UC Application password.
Note This is not your password that you enter into your phone to listen to your voicemails. If you do not remember your password or never received an email with the temporary password please go to Reset your Voicemail Password or UC Application Password
Click Sign In.
Click the Message Forwarding button from the main menu.
Click Add new forwarding address.
Type in your uwaterloo email in the send to specified destination field.
Ensure the Forward Type is set to Relay.
Check one or both of the Message Type check boxes for Voice and/or Missed Calls.
Make sure Voice Format is set to MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3 (MP3).
Click Save and Close. You should now receive emails for any missed calls or voicemails.
