Right-click the ScanSnap icon in your taskbar and choose ScanSnap Folder Settings.
Click the Save tab and check that the Image Saving Folder is set to where you need it. E.g., L:\Cashier-Scans which sends it to the Cashier-Scans folder in Accuro.
Click OK.

Scan your document using your ScanSnap scanner.
After scanning, this pop-up menu will appear. Click Scan to Folder.
Click Browse.
Navigate to the folder you would like to save it to, then press OK.
