Troubleshooting for Printing Issue With Word or Excel file
For Surface OS Please try with the following steps:
Open the Word or Excel file that you are about to print > click “File”
Click “Export” located on the side tab and change the file to XPS or PDF before printing
For Mac OS Please try with the following steps:
Open Word or Excel file > on the Macbook tabs click “File” next to the “Apple” icon
check whether the “restriction permission” tab is set to “no restriction”
Set the file to XPS or PDF before printing
