How to use Find and replace

  1. From the Administration bar, click My Workbench.

  2. Select the Create/Manage Content tab and select the content type in which you wish to use the Find and Replace feature.

  3. Select the Replace button in the toolbar.

  4. A Find and Replace box will appear. Select the Replace button.

  5. Add the content in the field box you wish to Find and Replace.

  6. Select Replace or Replace All.

  7. Click Save.                                                                                    

  8. Change the moderation state to Published and click Apply.
