  1. Under the “Summary” text box, enter in an adequate summary e.g. “Requesting the issue of a Confluence license

  6. Under the “WatIAM” text box, enter the WatIAM ID of the user to be added. This ID is the string of characters that are contained in your unaltered school email (e.g. cwijesek@uwaterloo.ca) or can be found through the WatIAM Portal.

  7. Under “Are you requesting to add or revoke space access”, check the “Help with an existing spaceAdd access” radio button.

  8. Under the “Space NamePlease provide the space name or key” text box, enter in “Waterloo Rocketry

  9. Under the What problems can we help solve?” text area, write down a summary of your request. Mention that you are requesting a license with write access for the Confluence space and provide your uwaterloo email. The template below has been used in the past with great success

IST will process your ticket in due time. Updates to it will be sent your uwaterloo email, so be sure to keep an eye on it. Once you have received a response to the ticket indicating that the license has been granted, confirm that you can make changes to the Confluence page and then reply to the ticket letting them know. They will close the ticket (or you could just do it yourself), and you will be good to go.
