- Schematic has a footprint mapped to it
- Schematic should be done in mils
- Pins should only come out from the left and right sides. An exception is made for op-amps and FETs
- Parts should show ALL pins - i.e. if a MOSFET has 4 drain pins, all 4 should be included as separate pins. Additionally, pin numbering should match the datasheet exactly
- Power should be in the top left. If the part is a voltage translator, input power should be in the top left, and output power should be in the top right
- GND should be in the bottom right
- Proper designator should be used for the part
- Active low pins indicated with an overbar notation or with a “_n” following the pin name
- Pin names should be visible if the part is an IC. Symbol pin names should match pin names used in the datasheet
- Description should include the description copied from Digikey
- Supplier link must be included
- Parameters included in the parameters table. The required parameters for all parts are: Manufacturer 1, Manufacturer Part Number 1, Supplier 1, Supplier Part Number 1, Package
- For capacitors, Value and Voltage Rating parameters required
- For resistors, Value parameter required
- For inductors, Value, Current Rating, and Saturation Current parameters required
- Required parameters are visible
- For diodes, FETs, ICs, and inductors, Manufacturer Part Number should be visible
- For diodes and inductors, Current Rating should be visible (if applicable)
- For diodes and capacitors, Voltage Rating should be visible
- For resistors, capacitors, and inductors, Value should be visible
