titleConfiguring Microsoft Teams

On Windows:

  1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application on your computer.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings window, select the Devices tab.

  5. Under Camera, choose Logitech Rally Camera.

  6. Under Microphone, select echo cancelling speaker (Logitech Rally Microphone).

  7. Under Speaker, select echo cancelling speaker (Logitech Rally AudioCamera).

  8. Use the Make a test call button to verify your microphone and speakers.

  9. Check the video preview to confirm the camera is working.

On Mac OS:

  1. Launch the Microsoft Teams application on your Mac.

  2. Click on the 3 dots … beside your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings window, go to the Devices tab.

  5. Under Camera, select Logitech Rally Camera.

  6. Under Microphone, choose Logitech Rally MicrophoneAudio.

  7. Under Speaker, select Logitech Rally Audio.

  8. Use the Make a test call button to verify your microphone and speakers.

  9. Check the camera preview to confirm that the video feed is active.

If Teams does not detect the camera or microphone, ensure the necessary permissions are granted:

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner and select System Preferences.

  2. Go to Security & PrivacyPrivacy tab.

  3. Select Camera and ensure Microsoft Teams is checked.

  4. Select Microphone and ensure Microsoft Teams is checked.

  5. Restart Teams and try again.

During a meeting

  1. Join or start a Teams meeting.

  2. Click the "More" (three dots) menu in the meeting toolbar.

  3. Select Device settings.

  4. Under CameraUnder the Camera icon, choose Logitech Rally Camera from the drop down menu.

  5. In the same Device settings panel:

  6. Under Microphone icon, select Logitech Rally Microphone from the drop down menu.

  7. Under Speaker, select Logitech Rally Audio.

  8. Speak into the microphone and check the input level indicator.

  9. Check your video preview to ensure the camera is active.

On Windows:

  1. Open Zoom.

  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Settings window, select the Video tab.

  5. Choose “Logitech Rally Camera” from the Camera dropdown menu.

  6. Navigate to the Audio tab.

  7. Under Speaker, select Logitech Rally Audio.

  8. Under Microphone, select Logitech Rally Microphone.

  9. Use the Test Speaker and Test Mic options to ensure audio is functioning correctly.

On Mac OS

  1. Launch the Zoom application on your Mac

  2. Click on zoom.us your profile picture in the top menu bar.

  3. Select Preferences Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Preferences window, select Select the Video tab.

  5. Choose Logitech Rally Camera from the Camera dropdown menu.

  6. Navigate to the Audio tab.

  7. Under Speaker, select Logitech Rally Audio.

  8. Under Microphone, select Logitech Rally Microphone.

  9. Use the Test Speaker and Test Mic options to ensure audio is functioning correctly.

On macOS, you may need to grant Zoom permission to access your microphone and camera. To do this:

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner and select System Preferences.

  2. Choose Security & Privacy and navigate to the Privacy tab.

  3. Select Camera and ensure Zoom is checked.

  4. Repeat for Microphone and Screen Recording.

During a meeting

  1. Join or start a Zoom meeting.

  2. Click the "^" arrow next to the Start/Stop Video button at the bottom of the meeting window.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Logitech Rally Camera.

  4. Click the "^" arrow next to the Mute/Unmute button at the bottom.

  5. Under Select a Microphone, choose Logitech Rally Microphone.

  6. Under Select a Speaker, choose Logitech Rally Audio.
