I am going to use all three TVs and let them show the same content:
Turn on all three TVs using the controller under each.
Find the cable with the “HDMI 1” label attached to it, and connect it to your laptop.
If you cannot find the cable on the table, check the first cable tray near the front TV.
You should see all three TVs showing the same content now, if not check the following steps.
Use the controller of each TV and check the input setting.
Select the “HDMI 1” option for each TV.
Change the Output Setting of the laptop

Go to “System Settings -> Displays”.
Select the extra screen.
In the “Use as” section, you could choose to extend the screen or duplicate the screen.
I am going to use the front TV only:
Repeat steps in the first section, but only turn on the front TV
I am going to use the front TV to show one thing, and the side TVs to show another:
