excludeTo use the TVs (monitors), you need the followings

I am going to use all three TVs and let them show the same content:

  1. Turn on all three TVs using the controller under each.

  2. Find the cable with the “HDMI 1” label attached to it, and connect it to your laptop.

  3. If you cannot find the cable on the table, check the first cable tray near the front TV.

  4. You should see all three TVs showing the same content now, if not check the following steps.

  5. Use the controller of each TV and check the input setting.

  6. Select the “HDMI 1” option for each TV.

  7. Change the Output Setting of the laptop

  1. Go to “System Settings -> Displays”.

  2. Select the extra screen.

  3. In the “Use as” section, you could choose to extend the screen or duplicate the screen.

I am going to use the front TV only:

  1. Repeat steps in the first section, but only turn on the front TV

I am going to use the front TV to show one thing, and the side TVs to show another:

  2. Find the cable with the “HDMI 2” label attached to it on the table and connect it to your laptop.

  3. Use the controller, and change the input setting of the front TV (Same as Section 1)

  4. Select the “HDMI 2” option for the front TV.

  5. You should see the front TV showing Different content now.

  6. Change the Output Setting of the laptop. (If the TVs show nothing)

Note

You should send a ticket to the IT department if you want to use them

  1. Connect the “Front Owl” with your laptop using the USB line coming out of the “Front Owl”.

  2. Make sure Owls are oriented correctly. The “Mute“ button at the bottom of the owl should point at each other.

  3. You can change the distance between two owls, but you should keep the orientation the same as shown above.

  4. Check the Audio and Video Settings in your conference software.
