Adding an Immunization Summary
Log-in and launch Accuro.
Select the patient.
Go to the EMR module and click on the encounter notes Encounter Notes tab at the top.

On your the right side, click the green + icon next to immunization Immunization Summary.

Select the specific vaccine and click OK.

Enter the Vaccine lotLot.
Enter the lot expiry date Lot Expiry Date and make sure the vaccine expiry date is accurate.
...
Check off Administered/Complete.
Fill out:
Who administered it
The site (where you put the vaccine)
Vaccine route
Vaccine dose
Reaction
Notes
Instructions
Contact information
...
Press Click OK. The Vaccine vaccine should now show under the immunization summary Immunization Summary and the immunization schedule Immunization Schedule dropdown.
