  1. Click Start.

  2. Type in and click Control Panel.

  3. In the Control Panel search bar, type Mail.

  4. Double-click Mail (32-bit) or Mail (Microsoft Outlook 16).

  5. Click Show Profiles…

  6. Remove the current profile - it is beneath "the following profiles are set up on this computer" and is usually named Outlook.

  7. Click Add...

  8. Name the new profile Outlook2.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Ensure Always use this profile is selected and Outlook2 is the one visible in the drop-down.
