There are 3 main components needed to install Accuro on your Windows computer: Citrix, the Print Client, and the Cloudwerx Plugin.

Citrix

  1. Install Citrix by clicking the link below:
    Citrix Workspace App 19.12.5000

  2. When prompted, save the file on your computer and then run it.

Warningnote

Note: Do NOT add an account when Citrix Workspace asks you.

Print Client

  1. Install the Print Client software using the link below:
    triCerat ScrewDrivers Client 64-bit v6.6.1

  2. When prompted, save the file on your computer and then run it.

Cloudwerx Plugin

  1. Install the Cloudwerx plugin using the link below:

  2. This installation is done through a compressed Zip file. When prompted, save the file on your computer. You will need to extract the contents of the download by following the instructions below:

    1. Once downloaded, in the lower-left corner, depending on the browser you have it open with, click it and select Show in Folder or Open.

    2. It will open the compressed Zip file in File Explorer, click the folder then click Extract All.

    3. It will ask where you want to save the extracted files, make sure to check Show extracted files when complete then click Extract.

    4. The extracted file should open (cloudwerx-setup.exe). Double-click it to install Cloudwerx.

    5. Your computer may prompt you with Windows protected your PC — this file is safe so please override this prompt by clicking More Info, then click Run anyway.

Once you have installed all 3 items above, you are ready to open Accuro.

There are 2 main components needed to install Accuro on your Apple computer: Citrix and the Print Client.

Citrix

Install the appropriate Citrix Receiver based on your current version of Mac OS:
For Mac OS X 10.13 or higher: Citrix Workspace (1912)
For Mac OS X 10.11, 10.12: Citrix Receiver (12.9.1)
For Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10: Citrix Receiver (12.5.0)
For Mac OS X 10.8: Citrix Receiver (12.1.107)

If you do not know the version of Mac OS you have installed, click the Apple main menu in the upper left corner then select About This Mac.

Print Client

Install the Print Client software using the link below:
triCerat ScrewDrivers Client v6.9.1

Tip

Once you have installed both items above, you are ready to open Accuro.
