The following instructions build on how to create Fillable PDF forms. Please complete these steps before creating a download PDF link on the confirmation page.

From the administration bar, select Workbench, and then select My Dashboard.
Navigate to the Forms list.
Locate the form you want to configure and select the drop-down menu under the Operations column.
Select Settings.
Select the Confirmation sub-tab.
In the Confirmation message field, enter link text for the download PDF link
Example: "Download PDF"
Highlight the link text for the download PDF link, and select the Link icon.
Paste the following text: [site:url]fillpdf?fid=FormID&entity_type=webform_submission&entity_id=[webform_submission:sid]
Replace FormID with the number in square brackets from step 5, of Locating the Form ID Number.
Select Save.
