  1. Log into the UW VPN website, (if that link doesn’t work, try this one) login with your WatIAM user ID credentials , and enter your 2FA method in the Second Password field:

    • Duo Mobile Push - type in “push”

    • Duo hardware token or Duo app - type in your 6-digit code

    • For Duo Bypass code - type in your bypass code

    • For Yubikey - type in the code generated by touching the Yubikey button

    For the 2nd Password field, enter push to send a push notification to the DUO mobile app on your phone.

  2. Click the installation for your operating system, in this case, case Download for Windows, and open the file when it has finished downloading.

  3. Cisco Secure Client Setup pop up will appear.

    1. Click Next.

    2. Click I agree to the terms in the License Agreement.

    3. Click Next.

    4. Click Install.

  4. Once installation is complete, click Finish.
