Scheduling options enable Content editors and Site managers to publish and/or unpublish a web page at a set date and time in 15-minute increments. This functionality is available for new web pages that have never been previously published. A web page cannot be scheduled for the past, nor can the unpublish date fall after the publish date.
Scheduling a web page to publish/unpublish
From the administration bar, select Workbench, and then select My Dashboard.
Navigate to the Content list panel and select the web page you would like to edit. Alternatively, create a new web page.
Select the Edit tab.
Complete the required fields. Refer to Create a web page for further information.
Select Scheduling options.
Set the date and time you wish to publish and unpublish the web page.
Under Publish on, enter the Date and Time you want the web page to be published.
Under Unpublished on, enter the Date and Time you want the web page to be unpublished.
