Create a publication resource, or citation, that appears on the Publications listing page. There are 36 supported publication types, including: Book, Book Chapter, Conference Paper, Journal Article, Patent, Software, Web Article, and more. Citation styles available are:

Create a Publication resource
From the administration bar, select Workbench, then select My Dashboard.
Under Publication reference select Add next to Publication reference.
Select the publication type you would like to create. Note: For the purposes of this document, we will be going through how to create a Journal Article reference, as it is one of the most common publication types and many other reference types have similar fields.
In the Title field, enter the title of your reference. This is not optional.
You have the option of adding both Authors and an Abstract for your Publication reference.
Add information as needed in the Publication configuration. Adding the Year of Publication and the Journal where the reference is from is not optional.
Add any Identifiers, such as the ISBN Number, Accession Number, Call Number, Other Numbers and PMID as available in your reference.
Add an optional URL and DOI for your reference.
In Other on the left-hand side, you have the option of adding Keywords as well as any Related files for your reference.
When you are ready to save, select a state from the drop-down menu next to Save as: and select Save.
