Troubleshooting the Owl
If the Meeting Owl isn’t showing up for you on your computer, try the following:
Make sure that the owl is connected to your device and cable is connected to the Owl

and has power (should have eyes lit up)
If Owl already powered on, unplug the power brick two halves and wait 15 seconds then plug it back in.
Reboot your computer or device.
