Site managers can delete drafts of already published web pages. For example, if a user created a new draft of a published page, it can be deleted if not needed. The draft will be permanently deleted and this action cannot be undone.

Delete a Web page draft

  1. From the administration bar, select Workbench, and then select My Dashboard.   

  2. Under Content list, select the web page with the drafted content you want to delete.   

  3. Select the Revisions tab.

  4. The page will display a list of page revisions. Any drafts will be marked as “(Draft)” beneath their edit date and author.

  5. In the drop-down menu to the right of the draft revision, select Delete.

  6. Select the Delete button to confirm.
