Projection
To get started, tap the surface of the screen to awaken the system. Depending on the location of your classroom, your Crestron screen interface may appear slightly different.

Overflow projection
You may also want to project to neighbouring lecture halls. Only rooms PHR 1012 and PHR 1004 support this function. When in overflow mode, anything said into the main room’s microphone will also project to the overflowed rooms, but there is no way to communicate from the overflowed rooms to the main room.
Select the desired overflow option on the Crestron panel interface before moving on to the next section.

To stop streaming to any display, tap the green checkmark underneath the display and tap the send button again to update your change.
Image mute
The projected video can be hidden by tapping the IMAGE tab at the top right of the Crestron panel screen andthen tap the MUTE BOTH tab circled in the image below.
This can be useful if you are making changes on your PC or laptop that you would like to hide from the audience.

Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. The HDMI cable transmits video and audio.
Connect the USB cable to your laptop.
Connecting the USB cable also allows you to use the classroom cameras and microphone instead of your laptop camera and microphone. Press the button above the LT label on the switch to activate this feature. You should see a camera icon appear on the camera app as shown in the red circle in the image below.

On the control panel, swipe to Stage Camera on the sidebar at the bottom of the screen and select it.
Users have the option to select one of four camera angles available.
Privacy: Prevents the camera from recording.
Podium: Captures the podium speaker area.
Wide Front Shot: Captures the entire front view.
White Board: Focuses on the whiteboard.
The camera can be manually adjusted by using the control panel.
Zoom in and out using the “+” and “-” symbols.
Use the directional arrows on the control pad to move the camera in all directions.
