Overflow projection
You may also want to also project to neighboring neighbouring lecture halls. Only rooms PHR 1012 and PHR 1004 support this function. Select one of the overflow options to…When in overflow mode, anything said into the main room’s microphone will also project to the overflowed rooms, but there is no way to communicate from the overflowed rooms to the main room. Select the desired overflow option on the Crestron panel interface before moving on to the next section.
PC
Select the PC tab on the bottom panel of the Crestron projector's screen
Tap the red X under each display and Classroom Sound.
Tap the send button. Your PC's display should be visible on each projector and the preview monitor.

Connect the USB cable to your laptop. The

DocCam
The DocCam can be used to stream the written notes onto either projector or the classroom preview monitor.

For ideal performance, have the mic positioned about 15-20cm from your mouth while projecting your voice.
How to Access the Stage Cameras

On the control panel, swipe to Stage Camera on the sidebar at the bottom of the screen and select it.
Only in PHR1004, there is an option called Audience Camera on the scroll bar.
Users have the option to select one of four camera angles available.
Privacy: Prevents the camera from recording.
Podium: Captures the podium speaker area.
Wide Front Shot: Captures the entire front view.
White Board: Focuses on the whiteboard.
The camera can be manually adjusted by using the control panel.
Can zoom in and out using the “+” and “-” symbols.
There’s a control pad that allows users to move the camera in all directions.
How to Adjust the Lights and Blinds
On the control panel, swipe to Lights on the sidebar at the bottom of the screen and select it. There are 4 different brightness levels that the lights can be changed to:
High
Medium
Low
Presentation
Similarly, the blinds can be adjusted:
Up
Down
System Shutdown
Close the current window by tapping the X on the top right corner. Logoff the local PC and tap the OFF power symbol on the Crestron touch panel. You may need to scroll across the dashboard bottom panel to find the power symbol. When prompted to power off the system, tap YES. To return to the previous screen, tap NO.
